NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Del Norte Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 24, 2018, at 4:00 PM. in the Del Norte County Board of Supervisors Chambers 981 H Street, Crescent City, California, to consider the following:
Municipal Service Reviews and Sphere of Influence Updates for the City of Crescent City, and the Church Tree, HRC and Smith River Community Services Districts.The Commission will consider adopting municipal service reviews for Crescent City and the three CSDs and updating their spheres of influence.
All interested persons have a right to attend the public hearing and to be heard regarding the listed action. Pursuant to state law, only issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission at or prior to the public hearing may be raised in any legal challenge to Commission actions.
