NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Executive Officer of the Del Norte Local Agency Formation Commission (“LAFCO” or “Commission”) will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. via Zoom video conference. The hearing will be conducted by the Commission’s Executive Officer who has been delegated the authority to conduct this public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is for LAFCo to receive written protests filed against the following item:
